Senior Product Manager - Virtual Agents and Capacity Intelligence

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager – Virtual Agents and Capacity Intelligence based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation and real-world operational impact, focused on transforming how complex service workflows are managed and optimized.
It is responsible for shaping intelligent virtual agents and capacity management solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and customer outcomes.
You will lead product strategy across a highly dynamic SaaS platform used by a large, diverse user base in the trades industry.
The role combines deep customer understanding, data-driven decision-making, and strong product leadership to define and deliver high-impact solutions.
You will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment spanning engineering, design, data, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
This is a high-visibility position where your work directly influences platform growth, user adoption, and business performance.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Virtual Agents and Capacity Intelligence, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and market research through development, launch, and continuous optimization of AI-powered solutions.
  • Prioritize features and initiatives using data-driven analysis to maximize adoption, engagement, and measurable customer impact.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable, high-quality SaaS products.
  • Translate customer insights and market trends into clear product requirements, use cases, and strategic direction.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to usability, retention, revenue impact, and product performance.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across multiple product domains, ensuring seamless integration within a broader platform ecosystem.
  • Manage risks, resolve customer escalations, and ensure timely delivery of roadmap commitments while balancing competing priorities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end product development cycles and deliver impactful digital products across web and mobile platforms.
  • Strong experience working in data-driven environments, with the ability to define metrics, interpret insights, and guide decisions.
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and IoT concepts, with experience applying emerging technologies to product innovation preferred.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for executive and customer audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining focus and execution quality.
  • Strong product judgment, prioritization skills, and ability to balance trade-offs under constrained resources.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong empathy for user needs and operational challenges.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree such as MBA preferred.
