This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Service – CE Google – Analyst based in India.
In this role, you will contribute to the design and delivery of next-generation customer experience (CX) solutions powered by Google’s Generative AI and Contact Center AI ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of business strategy, customer experience design, and advanced AI technologies to help global clients transform their contact center operations. The role involves shaping solution architectures, facilitating design-thinking workshops, and translating complex business needs into scalable AI-driven CX solutions. You will collaborate closely with technical teams, consultants, and client stakeholders across geographies in a fast-paced, global consulting environment. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies such as Vertex AI, Dialogflow CX, and Gemini-based solutions. It is an opportunity to directly influence how enterprises reinvent customer engagement using generative AI.
In this role, you will help design and deliver AI-powered customer experience solutions using Google’s CCAI and Generative AI ecosystem while supporting clients in shaping their digital transformation journeys. You will contribute to solution design, client engagement, and implementation of scalable contact center and CX architectures.
- Design and implement CX solutions leveraging Google CCAI tools such as Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, Insights, and Vertex AI-based GenAI capabilities
- Lead and facilitate design-thinking workshops to define CX strategy and identify business value opportunities
- Translate business requirements into end-to-end customer experience and AI solution architectures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, developers, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable CX platforms
- Support CCaaS migration initiatives and contribute to agile delivery execution across projects
- Participate in pre-sales activities including RFP responses, solution demos, and proof-of-concept development
- Contribute to industry research, reusable assets, and innovation initiatives within the CX and GenAI practice
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in customer experience transformation, conversational AI, and Google CCAI-based solutions, along with the ability to work in complex global environments and translate business needs into technology solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in CX solutions, Google CCAI, or conversational AI platforms
- Hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow CX, Vertex AI, or similar GenAI and chatbot technologies
- Strong understanding of contact center architecture, CX frameworks, and CCaaS platforms
- Experience working with cross-functional global teams and diverse business stakeholders
- Ability to design end-to-end CX solutions and translate business requirements into technical designs
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and client communication skills, including C-level engagement
- Experience in pre-sales, RFP responses, and solution demonstrations is highly valued
- Familiarity with other AI/CCaaS tools (e.g., Amazon Connect, Genesys, Microsoft PVA) is a plus
- MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution preferred
