This position is responsible for assisting supervisors in running production in an efficient and productive manner.

Assisting the supervisor in running the designated department assigned (flat or terry)Must meet production standardsMust assure the quality of every bin leaving the department is of the highest quality possibleMaintain the flow of the bins throughout the departmentPlace rewash bins in correct department and segregate by hotelKeeping the department clean and in good housekeeping orderEnforce safety in the departmentKeep enough linen to be processed by machine, so employees do not need to move from their work stations.Must be able to adhere and comply with all company safety programsTake inventory for customers as neededLead and motivate their teamsReview and understand company SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)Other duties as requested by immediate supervisor and/or management groupRequirements:

Education: High school equivalent or related experience in fieldAttention to detail is a mustAble to respond to basic verbal commandsAptitude for working with numbersFlexible schedule mandatoryLaundry experience
