Position Summary

This role is ideal for a leader who can see the big picture while driving excellence in execution. As Senior Manager, Capital Projects & Facilities, you will lead high-impact capital improvement and construction initiatives across our real estate portfolio, while also helping elevate facilities standards, security standardization, maintenance practices, and GSE standardization across locations.

You will play a central role in planning and delivering projects from concept through construction completion, partnering across functions and with external vendors to ensure our FBO environments are efficient, compliant, scalable, and aligned with the Jet Aviation brand experience.

This is more than a project management role—it is a strategic opportunity to influence how our physical footprint supports growth, operational performance, and customer experience across the US network.

The hiring manager is looking for someone who brings strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to lead through complexity. The right candidate will be equally comfortable managing budgets, contracts, schedules, and procurement details while building trust with stakeholders, aligning teams (internally & externally), and bringing structure to evolving priorities.

Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, strong business acumen, and a passion for creating high-quality environments that enable teams to do their best work.

This hybrid position can be based out of another location in the US network. Travel is as needed, up to 50%. The baseline range for this exempt position will be as follows: $120,000 - $145,000 annually.

Your Profile

You are a seasoned project manager with a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years’ experience in infrastructure or building projects, and a track record leading cross-functional initiatives. But that’s not what sets you apart—it’s your independent judgement, initiative, and ability to handle complex projects while building strong stakeholder relationships. You thrive in fast-paced environments, prioritize thoughtfully, and bring a customer-focused mindset to every challenge. You are analytical and strategic, yet approachable—always ready to collaborate, to learn, and to lead by example. You demonstrate experience managing contracts throughout the project lifecycle, including scope development, procurement support, contract administration, change order management and compliance monitoring. You have knowledge of contractor safety programs and risk management practices, with experience, identifying, assessing and mitigating project risks to ensure safe and successful project execution.

Alignment with Jet Aviation’s values—Trust, Honesty, Alignment, Transparency—is at the core of your approach. You understand the business impact of your decisions and demonstrate a genuine passion for excellence.

Your Role

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, coordinate, and administer real estate and facilities capital improvement projects across our US operations, guiding teams through contract negotiations, design, procurement, and construction.
  • This role partners with a facilities consultant to complete comprehensive site assessments at our locations. Leads the implementation of its recommendations by developing a capital improvement plan, establishing preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring long-term operational reliability.
  • Standardize equipment protocols, particularly GSE, and implement best-in-class facility maintenance and operational procedures.
  • Standardize all security camera and access control systems across the network to ensure unified communication, centralized management and seamless system-wide functionality.
  • Develop value engineering strategies, refine project scopes and budgets, and deliver cost savings while maintaining uncompromising quality.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination for vendor and stakeholder partnerships, representing Jet Aviation internally and externally as a brand ambassador.
  • Support location development through RFPs/RFQs, construction cost estimation, and site planning for new and existing FBOs.
  • Make impactful contributions to our real estate strategy and the operational excellence that defines Jet Aviation.
