The Forward Deployed Creative Designer, Ads will act as a strategic creative partner for enterprise customers, helping them unlock the potential of AI-powered advertising while ensuring brand consistency and measurable performance. This role requires a blend of creative leadership, technical curiosity, customer empathy, and business understanding.
- Partner directly with enterprise marketing teams to guide adoption of AI-powered creative solutions and demonstrate immediate value through impactful advertising outputs.
- Translate complex brand guidelines, creative strategies, and customer requirements into effective AI workflows that generate high-quality imagery, video, and copy.
- Develop and refine advanced prompt engineering techniques across leading generative AI models to achieve specific creative outcomes.
- Serve as a creative consultant for brands, helping teams combine traditional creative standards with emerging AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with customers on testing strategies, performance analysis, and optimization initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams by providing customer insights and feedback to improve creative generation and AI-driven marketing tools.
- Create compelling creative examples and campaigns that showcase the possibilities of AI-powered advertising.
- Stay ahead of developments in AI creative tools, workflows, and industry trends to continuously raise the quality bar.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative advertising, brand development, or marketing design, combined with deep familiarity with AI-powered creative workflows. This role requires exceptional creative judgment, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to balance artistic quality with business performance goals.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative work across advertising, product launches, campaigns, or brand experiences. Applications without a portfolio link will not be considered.
- Experience using AI tools for creative production, including image and video generation platforms, prompt engineering workflows, and emerging AI technologies.
- Ability to experiment with and evaluate new AI models, understand their strengths and limitations, and apply them effectively to achieve specific creative goals.
- Experience collaborating directly with enterprise marketing teams, agencies, consumer brands, or sophisticated clients.
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines, creative review processes, stakeholder management, and campaign development.
- Performance marketing knowledge, including an understanding of how creative decisions influence acquisition, conversion, and business outcomes.
- Exceptional creative taste and the ability to explain why specific creative choices are effective.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt quickly to new technologies and workflows.

- Competitive salary range of $140,000–$180,000 USD per year.
