Regional Operations Manager Summary:
The Regional Operations Manager is accountable for regional execution performance, workforce capacity alignment, operational cadence discipline, and customer escalation resolution across assigned territories.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The following duties are representative of the role; other responsibilities may be assigned as business needs evolve.
- Accountable for regional workforce planning and labor utilization within approved budget parameters.
- Own regional operational cadence and execution stability across Team Operations Managers.
- Accountable for resolution of customer escalations prior to Director involvement.
- Drive corrective action when regional KPIs fall outside established thresholds.
- Ensure compliance with safety, manufacturer requirements, and company procedures.
- Develop and strengthen regional leadership bench and succession pipeline.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent leadership experience required.
- 8+ years progressive service operations leadership experience.
- Demonstrated P&L accountability in multi-location environments.
- Strong financial acumen and leadership capability.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises Team Operations Managers and is accountable for their performance outcomes.
