Sign-On Bonus: $1500 (paid out every 30 days until full bonus is paid)

Location: Jason's Deli Distribution Center Warehouse, 2103 I-20, Grand Prairie, TX 75052 (Front entrance on Mathew Rd)

Benefits Include: Guaranteed pay, weekly paydays, full benefits, vacation pay, sick time, referral bonus, sign on bonus, and no-touch freight assignments.

Pay: $0.70 per mile or a guaranteed minimum of $300 per day (whichever is greater for the week)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Class A Truck Driver to handle solo no-touch freight across regional and national lanes (all 48 states except Oregon, New York, and Washington). This role involves consistent deliveries using refrigerated trailers.

Schedule Options:

• 3 weeks on the road with 3-4 days home time
• 5 weeks on the road with 5 days home time
• Or 12 days out with 2 days home time

Key Qualifications & Duties:

• Minimum age 21 with a valid Class A CDL; 1 year preferred
• Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and compliance for past 3 years
• Experience with refrigerated trailers preferred
• Timely pickups and deliveries
• Compliance with all federal and state transportation regulations and company policies
• Proficient with ELD and understanding of Hours of Service (HOS) rules
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety
• Effective communication with dispatchers and brokers
• Secure and responsible freight handling
