ABOUT US

Southeastern Garage Doors is searching for a friendly and highly analytical Administrative and Office Specialist to join our Administrative Support team. In this role, you be an integral part in planning, directing, and coordinating administrative services. Administrative services include tasks such as records and information management, mail distribution, facilities planning, and maintenance. You will also be a frontline member with our customers, driving our best-in-class service.

A top-notch Administrative Specialist will demonstrate excellent time management skills and be passionate about internal and external client management and self-improvement.

Plan, direct, or coordinate administrative services at Banko; such as records and information management, mail distribution, fleet support, facilities maintenance coordination, custodial operations, and other office support services.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, etc. — answering questions about services, pricing, and availability.Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments and installations, coordinating with technicians' routes and availability.Track service calls frominitialinquiry through completion, following up with customers on quotes, appointment status, and satisfaction after service.Maintainaccuratecustomer records, service history, and appointment notesSupport staff in various departments with data management and reportingServe aspointperson for facility needs, maintenance requests, and vendor coordination (building managers, phone/internet providers, equipment vendors).Manage office equipment and systems — phones, computers, internet, printers — ensuring everything runs smoothly for the team.Collect and distribute mail and packagesforthe office.Qualifications:

Strong communicationand customer service skills, with the ability to manage a busyschedulingcalendar.Comfortable with scheduling/dispatch software and office tools (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).QuickBooks orServiceTitanexperience a plus — mayassistwith light billing, invoicing, or expense tracking.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask across scheduling, customer service, and administrative duties.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsComputer savvy and proficient in Microsoft SuiteEducation and Experience:

Prior related office experience preferred.High School Diploma or GEDPhysical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able tolift upto 15 pounds at times.
