The Service Companies (TSC) is the premier service provider to the hospitality industry, delivering expert housekeeping, stewarding, food and beverage, and janitorial services to world-class hotels, casinos, and resorts.
Position OverviewThe Public Area Supervisor oversees public area cleaning teams to ensure resort-level cleanliness, staffing coverage, and service standards across all guest-facing spaces.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and direct public area attendants across lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and common spaces
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness meets brand and TSC standards
- Assign tasks, monitor attendance, and coach team members in real time
- Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping to respond to guest requests
- Maintain supply inventory and submit replenishment requests
- Complete shift reports and escalate any facility issues promptly
Qualifications
- Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or public area operations required
- Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
