This role is an exciting opportunity to shape and optimize the customer journey through data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies that directly influence business growth. You will lead high-impact campaigns across multiple customer touchpoints, driving acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and long-term customer value. Working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you'll partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Data Science, Creative, and Legal to launch personalized, measurable campaigns. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, offering significant ownership over testing, segmentation, and campaign performance. If you thrive in analytical, customer-focused marketing and enjoy turning insights into action, this role provides an excellent platform to make a lasting impact.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will own the lifecycle marketing strategy and execution across key stages of the customer journey while continuously improving campaign effectiveness through experimentation and data-driven decision-making.

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that increase customer acquisition, engagement, retention, cross-sell opportunities, and lifetime value
  • Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across various customer touchpoints
  • Build sophisticated audience segmentation strategies using behavioral, transactional, and real-time customer data
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives, analyzing results to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Create and scale cross-product marketing programs that encourage customer adoption of additional products and services
  • Partner closely with Product, Data Science, Creative, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution and regulatory compliance
  • Develop measurement frameworks, attribution models, and reporting to evaluate marketing effectiveness and business impact
  • Identify new lifecycle marketing opportunities, channels, and automation strategies that support long-term growth
Requirements

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on lifecycle marketing expertise and a passion for experimentation, customer insights, and measurable business outcomes.

  • 6+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or growth marketing
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect marketing initiatives to business performance and customer value
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Demonstrated success designing, executing, and optimizing A/B and multivariate testing programs
  • Experience developing audience segmentation strategies using customer behavior and performance data
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning campaigns from strategy through execution
  • Experience in fintech, lending, financial services, or other regulated B2C industries is a plus
  • Knowledge of marketing compliance regulations such as CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and CCPA/CPRA is preferred
  • SQL proficiency and experience with lifecycle marketing platforms such as Braze are highly desirable
  • Familiarity with advanced measurement methodologies including incrementality testing, attribution models, Media Mix Modeling (MMM), and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) is an advantage

  • Annual performance-based bonus opportunity
  • Equity compensation
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Health savings and related benefit plans
