This role is an exciting opportunity to shape and optimize the customer journey through data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies that directly influence business growth. You will lead high-impact campaigns across multiple customer touchpoints, driving acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and long-term customer value. Working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you'll partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Data Science, Creative, and Legal to launch personalized, measurable campaigns. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, offering significant ownership over testing, segmentation, and campaign performance. In this role, you will own the lifecycle marketing strategy and execution across key stages of the customer journey while continuously improving campaign effectiveness through experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that increase customer acquisition, engagement, retention, cross-sell opportunities, and lifetime value
- Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across various customer touchpoints
- Build sophisticated audience segmentation strategies using behavioral, transactional, and real-time customer data
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives, analyzing results to continuously improve campaign performance
- Create and scale cross-product marketing programs that encourage customer adoption of additional products and services
- Partner closely with Product, Data Science, Creative, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution and regulatory compliance
- Develop measurement frameworks, attribution models, and reporting to evaluate marketing effectiveness and business impact
- Identify new lifecycle marketing opportunities, channels, and automation strategies that support long-term growth
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on lifecycle marketing expertise and a passion for experimentation, customer insights, and measurable business outcomes.
- 6+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or growth marketing
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect marketing initiatives to business performance and customer value
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Demonstrated success designing, executing, and optimizing A/B and multivariate testing programs
- Experience developing audience segmentation strategies using customer behavior and performance data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning campaigns from strategy through execution
- Experience in fintech, lending, financial services, or other regulated B2C industries is a plus
- Knowledge of marketing compliance regulations such as CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and CCPA/CPRA is preferred
- SQL proficiency and experience with lifecycle marketing platforms such as Braze are highly desirable
- Familiarity with advanced measurement methodologies including incrementality testing, attribution models, Media Mix Modeling (MMM), and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) is an advantage
- Base salary range of $140,000 – $175,000 USD, based on experience and location
