In this role, you will oversee the delivery, management, and optimization of digital product content across multiple online retail platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance at every stage. • Manage the end-to-end delivery of product content using Salsify and Product Information Management (PIM) platforms while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain and syndicate product information across multiple eCommerce retailers, including experience with Amazon Vendor Central where applicable.
• Oversee high-volume content production while meeting strict service-level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and project deadlines.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective content strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines, retailer requirements, SEO best practices, and digital content standards.
• Monitor content performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements to optimize future campaigns and product listings.
• Stay informed about industry trends, digital commerce innovations, and AI-powered content solutions to continuously improve workflows and processes.
• Support workflow optimization by leveraging content management tools, automation, and emerging technologies.

• Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role, ideally within an agency or digital production environment.
• Mandatory experience managing beauty and skincare product content.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salsify, Product Information Management (PIM) systems, and content syndication platforms; experience with Amazon Vendor Central is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of eCommerce content operations, SEO best practices, and digital merchandising principles.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate content performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Interest in AI technologies and a willingness to leverage automation to improve content creation and operational efficiency.
