This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a PAID SEARCH SPECIALIST (Google Ads | B2B Lead Generation) based in Brazil.
This role is focused on driving high-quality B2B lead acquisition through high-performing Google Ads search campaigns across multiple international markets. You will own the full lifecycle of paid search activity, from keyword strategy and campaign setup to optimization, experimentation, and performance reporting. Working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, you’ll collaborate closely with creative and growth teams to continuously improve ad performance and conversion outcomes. The role requires a strong performance marketing mindset, with a focus on data, testing, and scalability. Your work will directly contribute to expanding global acquisition efforts and improving marketing efficiency across channels. - Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Paid Search) campaigns focused on B2B lead generation and candidate acquisition across international markets.
- Own keyword strategy, search intent mapping, bidding structures, and performance optimization to maximize conversion efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including targeting, ad copy testing, landing page alignment, and ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to develop, test, and refine high-performing ad creatives.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing across ads, audiences, landing pages, and messaging to improve campaign performance.
- Build reports and dashboards, translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Explore and test additional paid media channels such as Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and TikTok when relevant.
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Paid Search) campaigns.
- Proven experience in B2B performance marketing and lead generation-focused campaigns.
- Strong experience operating across multiple international markets or global audiences (multi-region exposure required).
- Deep understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, match types, and conversion optimization techniques.
- Demonstrated success in improving campaign performance and reducing acquisition costs (CPL, CPA).
- Experience managing campaigns end-to-end, including setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, or similar analytics platforms.
- Experience working with Meta Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Comfortable managing budgets across multiple campaigns and channels in a remote environment.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop high-converting advertising assets.
- Exposure to emerging ad platforms (Reddit Ads, X Ads, TikTok Ads) is a plus.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote setup.
