This is a high-impact project management role focused on delivering complex identity and cybersecurity solutions within U.S. Federal Government environments. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of enterprise IAM, IGA, and privileged access management implementations, ensuring alignment with strict federal compliance frameworks. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between technical teams and government stakeholders, translating regulatory requirements into structured, executable delivery plans. You will manage multiple high-stakes engagements, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence while maintaining strong governance and transparency. This position requires close collaboration with federal clients, security officers, and internal engineering teams in a highly regulated environment. Your work will directly contribute to mission-critical security outcomes for government agencies and national-level programs.

Accountabilities
  • Lead full project lifecycle delivery for identity and access management implementations, from initiation through go-live, using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Manage scope, SOWs, WBS structures, and formal change control processes to prevent scope creep and ensure contractual alignment.
  • Define and track key milestones, ensuring time-to-value delivery and successful implementation outcomes.
  • Support operational reporting, including project status, compliance updates, and performance metrics for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to coordinate releases, updates, patches, and ongoing system enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to federal security and compliance frameworks such as NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP, and Zero Trust requirements.
  • Maintain RAID logs, proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies, and regulatory constraints in federal environments.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for federal stakeholders, including executives, program directors, and contracting officers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, partners, and client personnel to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations to support governance and oversight requirements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of IT project management or professional services experience in technology-driven environments.
  • 3–5+ years of direct experience delivering solutions within U.S. Federal Government, DoD, or Federal System Integrator ecosystems.
  • Strong background in identity security domains such as IAM, IGA, PAM, or Zero Trust architectures.
  • Proven experience managing complex technical projects with defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks including FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST SP 800-53.
  • Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and contract structures (T&M, Firm-Fixed-Price).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging executive-level government and enterprise audiences.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and influence cross-functional teams.
  • PMP or PMI-ACP certification strongly preferred; security clearance or eligibility is required for federal work.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and federal program scope.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions.
  • Flexible work arrangements depending on program requirements.
  • Paid time off, holidays, and additional leave policies.
  • Professional development and certification support (including PMP and cybersecurity credentials).
  • Exposure to high-impact federal cybersecurity and identity security programs.
  • Opportunity to work on mission-critical government initiatives supporting national security objectives.
