This is a highly creative, hands-on role focused on shaping how a fast-growing AI product is experienced through video. You will be responsible for turning complex ideas and product features into compelling visual stories that capture attention across social media, paid ads, and brand touchpoints. The role sits at the intersection of storytelling, motion design, and cutting-edge AI tools, where speed and experimentation are key. You’ll have full ownership from concept to final delivery, with the freedom to pitch ideas, build them, and ship them quickly. • Create high-impact video content including product launches, ads, social media clips, and brand storytelling pieces designed to drive engagement and conversions.
• Use advanced AI creative tools across video, image, voice, and music generation to accelerate production and push creative boundaries.
• Design and execute motion-driven content such as product animations, kinetic typography, and visual effects that bring the product to life.
• Own the full creative process from concept ideation through to final export, ensuring fast iteration and strong execution.
• Produce optimized video assets for multiple formats including short-form vertical content, paid social ads, and website hero videos.
• Maintain a consistent and premium brand aesthetic across all video outputs while continuously experimenting with new creative approaches.
• Analyze content performance and iterate quickly based on engagement and audience response.

• Proven experience in video creation, motion design, or content production, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating creative quality and storytelling ability.
• Strong fluency in AI-powered creative tools such as Runway, Sora, Kling, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills with a strong sense of pacing, hooks, and attention-grabbing edits, especially within the first seconds of content.
• High creative taste with the ability to distinguish premium, high-quality visuals from average execution.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and transform rough ideas into polished final content without heavy direction.
• Experience creating content for social media, paid ads, or building brand video presence is a strong plus.
