EverPro - Product Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an EverPro – Product Designer based in Canada.

This role focuses on shaping intuitive, high-impact product experiences within a complex, multi-tenant SaaS environment. You will design end-to-end user journeys that simplify intricate workflows, from onboarding and activation to payments and subscription management. The work goes beyond visual design, requiring strong systems thinking to handle permissions, data isolation, and role-based experiences. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data teams to build and refine experiences that drive activation, retention, and expansion. The environment is fast-paced, experimentation-driven, and highly user-focused, with a strong emphasis on measurable impact. You’ll play a key role in translating user needs and business goals into scalable, elegant product solutions.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will design and optimize user experiences that drive engagement, clarity, and business growth:

  • Design intuitive end-to-end user flows across complex multi-tenant SaaS environments, including permissions, roles, and account structures
  • Create tailored experiences for different user types while maintaining a consistent and scalable product design system
  • Improve key growth-focused moments such as onboarding, activation, paywalls, feature discovery, and upgrade paths
  • Reduce friction in core product workflows such as invoicing, payments, billing, and account setup
  • Partner with Marketing to design in-app messaging, lifecycle touchpoints, and growth experiments
  • Translate product hypotheses into testable design solutions and support A/B testing initiatives
  • Leverage user data, analytics, and research insights to guide design decisions and iterations
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure feasibility and alignment
  • Contribute to and evolve a shared design system ensuring consistency and scalability
  • Present design concepts clearly, incorporating feedback while maintaining strong UX integrity
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you bring strong UX expertise, product thinking, and experience designing for scalable SaaS products:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital product design (SaaS, web, or mobile products preferred)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, interaction design, and measurable product impact
  • Experience designing onboarding, activation, monetization, or growth-focused product flows
  • Solid understanding of product-led growth principles and experimentation frameworks
  • Ability to work with data, analytics, and user insights to inform design decisions
  • Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) in agile environments
  • Strong skills in designing for complex systems, including multi-user or multi-account environments
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience working within established design systems
  • Ability to move fluidly from low-fidelity concepts to high-fidelity production-ready designs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale clearly
  • Bonus: experience designing for small businesses, service professionals, payments, subscriptions, or pricing experiments
  • Bonus: familiarity with usability testing tools and modern design/AI-assisted workflows
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual base salary: $105,000 – $115,000 CAD
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program
  • Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) with 4% company match
  • Annual wellness stipend and robust wellness benefits
  • Flexible work arrangements (remote, hybrid, or in-office depending on preference and location)
  • Flexible Time Off (FTO), plus paid volunteer day and floating holidays
  • Opportunity to work on complex, high-impact SaaS products at scale
  • Strong emphasis on experimentation, learning, and design ownership
  • Occasional travel opportunities to North American offices, including Toronto and Denver
