Want to enjoy where you work — and be the first friendly face patients see?
Inspire Dental is a growing, locally owned general dental practice in Firestone, and we're looking for an experienced, dependable Front Desk Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator to grow with us.
We're a small team that cares deeply about doing excellent dentistry, creating a great experience for our patients, and building a workplace where people genuinely enjoy working together. Our clinical team delivers exceptional care from the chair — and now we're looking for someone who can deliver that same level of care from the front desk, starting with a patient's very first phone call.

• Greet patients and create a warm, welcoming first impression from the moment they walk in;
• Manage scheduling — booking, confirming, and coordinating appointments to keep the day running smoothly;
• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility, and explain coverage to patients in plain language;
• Coordinate treatment plans and financial arrangements between patients and the clinical team;
• Answer phones and respond to patient questions, requests, and messages;
• Manage recall and reactivation lists to keep patients on track with their care;
• Collect payments and manage patient accounts;
• Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant patient records;
• Ensure OSHA and infection control practices are maintained throughout the office;
• Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for at every step of their visit;
• Assist your co-workers as needed.
The Schedule
First 90 days (training): Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
After training: Monday–Thursday, plus a half-day on Friday
Pay & Benefits
