Job Description

The Supported Living Program is for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities capable of living semi-independently. One to three people reside in townhouses or apartments. Each resident receives the degree of responsibility and supervision required to meet his or her individual needs. Hourly rate starting at $17.00 per hour. Part-Time Schedule 8 hrs/wk: Mondays 12:30pm-8:30pm at programs located in Woodbridge, VA 22191, 22192 and 22193

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges, or transferrable skills that relate to serving this population (such as experience in education, caregiving, health care, other human services or customer service);
  • Ability to pass criminal background check
  • Ability to pass required trainings
  • A Valid driver’s license, minimum three-year acceptable driving record and reliable transportation;
  • A High school diploma or GED;
  • Flexibility, positive attitude,

Working Conditions

  • Work in residential group homes, day programs, and in the community
  • Transport individuals using agency provided van
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
