ABOUT THE JOB
Property Specialist and Personal Assistant to the CEO
Crandell's Enterprises Inc. (CEI) is North Carolina's #1 Group Home Provider, delivering residential mental health services across the state. The Property Specialist and Personal Assistant to the CEO provides direct administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer while assisting with the oversight and coordination of real estate and property-related matters. This role requires a highly organized, proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and support both business and personal executive needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and scheduling
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications
- Assist with document preparation, reporting, and follow-ups
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Property Management Support
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services for properties
- Communicate with tenants, contractors, and service providers
- Track property expenses, invoices, and payments
- Assist with lease documentation and property records
- Conduct periodic property check-ins or inspections
- Liaise with community stakeholders and referral agencies
Administrative and Operational Tasks
- Organize files, records, and digital systems
- Run errands and assist with day-to-day operational needs
- Support special projects as assigned by the CEO
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with minimal supervision
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 or more years of administrative, executive assistant, or property-related experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic property management tools
- Valid driver's license, clean driving history, and reliable transportation, as property visits are required
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Willingness to perform both professional and occasional personal assistant duties
- Ability to respond to urgent needs when necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, property management, or facilities coordination
- Familiarity with budgeting or expense tracking
- Experience supporting senior executives
Schedule
- 30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule based on CEO needs
- Availability during standard business hours required
PAY, BENEFITS AND PERKS
- Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
