Connected Logistics is seeking a Web Developer/Engineer – Basic for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Program Office, located in Battle Creek, MI.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of secure, high-performance web applications that support various CAGE operations and missions. A key distinction from general web development is the mandatory adherence to strict government security and compliance standards. General duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements software.
- Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications.
- Research, tests, builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements.
- Design and develop new software products or major enhancements to existing software.
- Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
- Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements.
- Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects for management.
- Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration, and testing tools.
- Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
- Participates in developing software user manuals.
- Associate’s degree in computer science or related field
- Two (2) years of experience in scripting, software development, web page design and development, hands-on software development/web-page development.
- Experience with SharePoint Online (SPO), DreamWeaver, or related applications.
- Experience utilizing C#, .NET, HTML, XML.
- Good customer relation skills.
- Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.
- 8570/8140 - Category IAT Level II, such as SEC+ or SEC+ CE, CySA
- Certification in one or more relevant areas for a Web Developer with admin accounts/privileged access functions.
- Function: Web Developer with admin accounts/privileged access. Certifications include HPE WebInspect, MCSD App Builder, MCSA Web Applications, or MS Web Developer I.
Total Rewards Statement

This is a good-faith range based on factors such as your experience, geographic location, and any applicable contractual requirements, and may vary slightly.
