What You'll Do

Prepare authentic dishes from scratch across Chinese culinary styles

Assemble, plate, and portion meals with consistency and precision

Work efficiently in a highvolume, fastmoving production environment

Ensure strict food safety & HACCP compliance during all preparation stages

Who Were Looking For

Required: Proven Chinese culinary experience

Preferred: Culinary degree or professional certification

You also bring:

2+ years in highvolume or institutional cooking

Excellent knife skills & mastery of core cooking techniques

Ability to read and understand English recipes & safety documents

Strong organization, attention to detail & adaptability

Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout 8+ hour shifts

Commitment to food safety & HACCP standards
