This is an opportunity to combine hands-on software development with technical leadership in a technology-driven environment.
You will serve as a technical reference for the development team, influencing architecture, engineering standards, and delivery quality.
The role has a broad scope, spanning solution design, coding practices, performance, security, observability, and technical planning.
You will work closely with Product, Design, Business, Data, and Infrastructure teams to translate priorities into scalable solutions.
Mentoring and knowledge sharing will be central to raising the technical maturity and autonomy of the team.
The position also offers space to challenge existing approaches, reduce technical debt, and drive continuous improvement.
It is ideal for someone who enjoys building software while also making high-impact technical decisions and developing people.

• Act as a technical reference for the development team, supporting architecture, technology, tooling, and engineering decisions.
• Participate actively in code reviews and establish development standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with solution architecture on the design and evolution of software solutions.
• Ensure technical quality across testing, performance, security, observability, maintainability, and reliability.
• Break down business and product demands into technical specifications, estimates, and delivery plans.
• Partner with Product Managers/Owners and Design, Business, Data, and Infrastructure teams to align priorities with technical feasibility.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including refactoring, automation, and technical debt reduction.
• Mentor developers at different levels, supporting their technical growth, career development, and knowledge sharing.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents, conducting root-cause analysis, post-mortems, and preventive actions.
• Help strengthen an engineering culture focused on collaboration, technical excellence, ownership, and measurable results.

• Solid professional experience as a senior software developer, with strong hands-on involvement in software development.
• Previous experience providing technical leadership for teams or projects as a Tech Lead, Technical Lead, Software Architect, or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Java, C#, Node.js, Go, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• For front-end development, experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is valuable.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, Clean Code, and other software engineering best practices.
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs; GraphQL knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban, together with Git-based version control.
• Ability to communicate clearly and translate technical concepts into language that business stakeholders can understand.
• Collaborative mindset, strong ownership, and a focus on delivering business value.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with distributed architectures, including microservices, messaging, and event-driven systems.
• Participation in technical communities, open-source projects, conferences, talks, or technical publications is a plus.
• Strong balance between technical excellence, hands-on development, leadership, and product/business perspective.
• Curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo, propose improvements, and make complex technical decisions.
