Project Coordinator

Location: Remote (UK)

In this position you will play a key role in the organization, support day-to-day activities of Project Managers tasked with delivering our projects to the required performance time and budget envelope. You will work with an accomplished, multi-disciplinary team in addition to running and assisting with a variety of projects while establishing and maintaining relationships with local customers.

We're looking for someone with existing project coordination or administration experience. This role would suit someone who is looking to further their career in Project Management.

About the role

  • Assisting overseeing overlapping projects to ensure budget and project delivery remain in line with forecasts and within scope.
  • Use of relevant computer software such as Excel, Word, Jira, Salesforce
  • Supports projects, including creating and updating timelines.
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure all project information is accurate and timely.
  • Assist with resource planning
  • Project status reporting
  • Project administration/maintenance
  • Chairing / attending customer project update meetings and issuing engagement reports
  • Liaising with colleagues across multiple business units and departments
  • Attending sprint meetings / Standups

Your profile:

  • Previous experience in project management, administration, or support roles
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook & Excel) and strong computer literacy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional networks
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and managing time effectively
