You will play a key role in shaping and deploying greenfield implementations, transforming business requirements into scalable functional and technical solutions. The position involves working across the full project lifecycle, from discovery and design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless system integration and optimal user experience. A key aspect of the role is designing and implementing voice and telephony integrations that enhance customer engagement within Dynamics 365. This is a highly hands-on consulting role where your expertise directly influences the success of enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end greenfield implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and CRM solutions across enterprise environments.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solution designs aligned with best practices.
  • Configure, customize, and deploy Dynamics 365 applications to meet client-specific needs.
  • Manage full project lifecycle activities including discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
  • Design and implement voice and telephony integrations (e.g., CTI, call routing, screen pops, call logging, case creation).
  • Collaborate with telephony providers, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders to define integration architecture.
  • Develop and manage integrations using Microsoft Power Platform, Azure services, and APIs.
  • Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation processes to ensure system accuracy and integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Provide expert advisory support and best-practice guidance to business and IT stakeholders throughout implementations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and/or CRM implementations.
  • Hands-on expertise with Dynamics 365 voice or telephony integrations (CTI or similar solutions).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Experience designing and implementing system integrations using APIs and Azure integration services.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise data migration, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities in client-facing environments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project settings.
  • Preferred: Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
  • Preferred: experience with Microsoft Teams Voice, Azure Communication Services, or enterprise CTI tools.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate ranging from $50 to $75 USD (or $68 to $100 CAD), depending on experience.
  • Fully remote contract opportunity with flexibility across the US and Canada.
  • Exposure to large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365 transformation programs.
  • Opportunity to work with modern Microsoft cloud technologies including Azure and Power Platform.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional technical and business teams across global environments.
  • Hands-on involvement in high-impact digital transformation and integration projects.
  • Flexible independent contractor arrangement.
  • Experience working on cutting-edge CRM and ERP implementation initiatives.
