Acting as a bridge between product vision and engineering execution, you will guide architectural decisions while ensuring rapid and high-quality delivery. This position combines hands-on technical leadership with people management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will collaborate closely with product and design teams to build intuitive yet powerful AI-driven automation tools. - Lead the technical roadmap for the Autonomous team, translating complex system architecture into clear product and engineering strategies
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of engineers, supporting career development and fostering high performance
- Partner with Product and Design teams to build intuitive, scalable AI agent development tools
- Ensure rapid, high-quality delivery of features while maintaining strong system reliability and technical standards
- Remove technical and organizational blockers to enable high team autonomy and efficient execution
- Drive engineering best practices across architecture, scalability, and system design for AI-powered products
- Promote a culture of execution excellence, encouraging frequent shipping and continuous improvement
- Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong technical background with the ability to evaluate system architecture and make informed trade-offs
- Experience balancing long-term engineering scalability with short-term product delivery needs
- Strong leadership skills with a servant-leadership mindset focused on team and individual growth
- High degree of autonomy and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments
