Job Description

Senior Product Manager, Expansion

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager, Expansion in United States.

In this role, you will own one of the most critical growth levers in a fast-scaling SaaS environment: expanding value within the existing customer base. You will design and optimize in-product experiences that drive seat expansion, upgrades, add-on adoption, and plan migrations. Working at the intersection of product, data, design, and revenue teams, you will help shape how customers experience value and how that value translates into revenue growth. You will operate in a highly data-driven and AI-augmented environment, where rapid experimentation and continuous iteration are core to success. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence monetization strategy and product-led growth at scale. It is ideal for a product leader who thrives in ambiguous, high-impact environments and enjoys turning usage into measurable business outcomes.

Accountabilities
  • Own and evolve expansion-focused product surfaces, including team onboarding, admin upgrade flows, credit and plan upsells, and sales handoff experiences to drive revenue growth from existing customers.
  • Define and execute a data-driven roadmap focused on improving conversion, activation, and expansion metrics across key monetization journeys.
  • Partner closely with design, engineering, data science, pricing, activation, and sales teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end monetization experience.
  • Conduct deep customer research with users, admins, and decision-makers to identify friction points and uncover new expansion opportunities.
  • Build and test prototypes quickly using AI tools and rapid experimentation to validate ideas before scaling.
  • Instrument and analyze product funnels, measure impact, and continuously iterate based on performance insights.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure successful delivery and adoption of expansion initiatives across the organization.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS product management with ownership of end-to-end product lifecycles and measurable business impact.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth through product-led expansion, monetization, or related growth initiatives.
  • Experience working in cross-functional agile teams with design, engineering, data, and go-to-market stakeholders.
  • High product judgment with the ability to prioritize high-leverage opportunities and make clear tradeoffs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining metrics, analyzing funnels, and using data to guide decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Technical fluency and comfort collaborating with engineering on scalable systems and performance considerations.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for prototyping, analysis, or workflow acceleration is strongly preferred.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary with additional equity and performance-based compensation
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer support
  • Flexible PTO policy and paid company holidays
  • Paid parental leave and family support programs
  • Remote-friendly work environment across the United States
  • Wellness, employee assistance, and mental health support benefits
  • Professional development opportunities and learning resources
  • Additional perks such as global travel coverage, FSAs/HSAs, and insurance protections
