Position: Palletizer / Heavy Lifter

Location: Plant City, FL 33566

Pay: $15.50 $16.25 per hour

Rotating Schedule: One week 3 days / Next week 4 days

• 12-hour shifts

Job Description

We are currently hiring Injection Mold to join our production team. This position supports the production area by preparing storage boxes, staging materials, moving completed products, and assisting machine operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Primary Job Duties:

• Build hybrid boxes for perform storage
• Stage boxes in front of Husky machines
• Move completed boxes for pickup
• Operate pallet jack safely to transport materials
• Assist with production flow and organization
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Follow safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, move, stack, and transport materials throughout shift
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50lbs
• Experience using a pallet jack preferred
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and safety
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Reliable transportation and good attendance
• Bilingual (preferred but not required)

Schedule: Schedule: 3 Days On / 2 Days Off

• A-Shift & C-Shift: (Day Shift's) 6:45 AM 7:15 PM
• B-Shift & D-Shift (Night Shift's): 6:45 PM 7:15 AM
