Growth Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager based in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of demand generation, product marketing, and revenue growth, focused on building scalable, multi-channel marketing programs that directly impact pipeline and revenue. You will own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across digital, content, events, and lifecycle marketing, while working closely with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to drive measurable business outcomes. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on experimentation and performance optimization. You will play a key role in expanding audience engagement, improving conversion rates, and strengthening both acquisition and customer expansion motions. You will also contribute to emerging growth channels such as GEO and organic discovery in AI-driven search environments.

Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for designing and executing integrated growth marketing initiatives that generate pipeline, improve conversion performance, and support both new customer acquisition and expansion. This includes owning campaign strategy, channel execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimization across the funnel.

  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution across email, webinars, social media, paid and organic channels, events, website, and content distribution
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to align messaging, optimize funnel performance, and accelerate revenue impact
  • Lead growth initiatives across GEO, SEO, and organic discovery channels to increase visibility and inbound demand
  • Build audience development programs targeting recruiters, HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and executive buyers
  • Design customer marketing programs focused on retention, expansion, advocacy, and long-term engagement
  • Create reporting dashboards and performance frameworks to track pipeline contribution, attribution, and conversion metrics
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations to continuously improve campaign performance and business outcomes
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing with a proven track record of building and scaling integrated campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact. You are analytical, execution-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities in a fast-moving environment.

  • 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, revenue marketing, or integrated B2B SaaS campaign management
  • Demonstrated success driving pipeline and revenue impact through multi-channel marketing programs
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards, attribution models, and performance reporting frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and campaign execution tools
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong written communication skills across email, social, content, and campaign messaging
  • Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability for results
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams
