This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Channel Sales Manager based in India.
This role is focused on driving strategic partner-led revenue growth within a high-performance channel ecosystem in the cybersecurity and IAM space. You will own and expand a defined territory, building and executing partner strategies that generate scalable pipeline and consistent revenue outcomes. The position requires a strong blend of commercial ownership, partner relationship management, and data-driven execution across complex Go-To-Market motions. You will work closely with executive stakeholders from partner organizations to align business goals and accelerate joint success. This is a highly strategic, revenue-focused role where you will also influence enablement, marketing alignment, and partner engagement strategies. The environment is fast-paced, global, and highly collaborative, with strong emphasis on remote-first execution and measurable impact.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory strategy to drive partner-led revenue growth and achieve assigned quota targets.
- Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners, including executive-level stakeholders, to align joint business objectives.
- Drive end-to-end Go-To-Market execution including pipeline generation, deal registration, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Lead partner enablement initiatives in collaboration with internal teams such as product, marketing, and customer success.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance, sales metrics, and pipeline health to ensure consistent progress against KPIs.
- Coordinate co-selling activities and ensure alignment between internal sales teams and external partner organizations.
- Gather market and partner insights to support continuous improvement of sales strategy and product positioning.
- Prepare regular business reviews and performance reports for leadership, highlighting risks, opportunities, and growth areas.
Requirements:
- 6–8 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development roles.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing territory-based quotas.
- Strong experience in building and maintaining relationships with executive-level stakeholders and external partners.
- Deep understanding of channel sales ecosystems, ideally within cybersecurity, IAM, or enterprise SaaS markets.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute data-driven sales strategies and territory plans.
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce; exposure to PRM tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret pipeline, performance, and sales data.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Experience working in or selling into the India market is highly preferred.
