This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Stibo MDM Consultant based in India.

This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise Master Data Management solutions using Stibo STEP within complex data environments. You will play a key role in shaping data governance frameworks, improving data quality, and ensuring consistency across critical master data domains such as Customer, Product, Supplier, and Location. The position involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, data architects, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable MDM solutions. You will also contribute to integration efforts across enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow between ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and analytics platforms. Beyond implementation, you will support metadata management, data lineage, and ongoing optimization of MDM processes. This is a high-impact role where your expertise directly strengthens enterprise data strategy and decision-making capabilities.

• Design, develop, and implement Stibo STEP MDM solutions across key master data domains including Customer, Product, Supplier, and Location.
• Configure workflows, business rules, attributes, classifications, hierarchies, and validation frameworks within Stibo STEP.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective MDM technical solutions and architectures.
• Define and implement enterprise data governance frameworks, policies, and stewardship models.
• Establish and maintain data quality rules, including validation, cleansing, matching, merging, and survivorship processes.
• Integrate Stibo STEP with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and data warehouses using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Support metadata management, data lineage tracking, and reference data management initiatives.
• Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and provide ongoing production support for MDM solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Participate in testing, deployment, migration, and continuous optimization of MDM platforms.

• 5+ years of overall experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Stibo STEP MDM implementation and support.
• Strong expertise in Stibo STEP configuration including workflows, business rules, taxonomy, classification, and data modeling.
• Solid experience in matching, merging, and data survivorship logic within MDM environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data governance and data quality management principles.
• Proficiency in integrating MDM solutions with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms using REST APIs, SOAP, and ETL tools.
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
• Experience in metadata management and data lineage concepts is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document technical solutions clearly.
