This role is focused on leading the successful integration and onboarding of newly acquired practices into a broader enterprise operating model. You will act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth transitions that align with strategic and operational objectives. The position blends project management, change leadership, and hands-on operational consulting to support practices as they adopt new systems, processes, and standards. You will synthesize cross-functional inputs, build structured transition plans, and drive execution across multiple workstreams including training, systems setup, and go-live readiness. A strong emphasis is placed on communication, stakeholder alignment, and maintaining momentum across complex, multi-site implementations. This is a highly collaborative, field-facing role suited for someone who thrives in fast-moving, transformation-heavy environments.

Accountabilities:

Lead and support the end-to-end onboarding and integration of newly acquired practices, ensuring alignment with operational standards, business goals, and performance expectations.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between acquired practices and internal enterprise teams throughout the integration lifecycle.
  • Gather, synthesize, and document due diligence findings, transition requirements, and operational needs from multiple stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain structured integration and onboarding plans, ensuring clarity of milestones, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to align resources, resolve issues, and maintain progress across multiple integration workstreams.
  • Apply program and project management best practices to track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution of blockers.
  • Support execution of key onboarding activities including training, system configuration, equipment setup, and go-live coordination.
  • Collect and analyze practice feedback and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and enhance service delivery.
  • Investigate and resolve implementation-related issues, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Deliver documentation, tools, and processes that support scalable and repeatable onboarding execution.
  • Act as a mentor and resource to other team members involved in integrations and field operations.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced operations or consulting professional with strong project management capabilities and a proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder implementations in healthcare or similar environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience supporting medical or physician practice operations, consulting, or implementation roles.
  • Strong experience managing complex projects, ideally within healthcare, practice management, or service delivery environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority and drive accountability across teams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Experience with training, onboarding, or change management in operational environments is highly valuable.
  • Proficiency with business tools such as presentation software, documentation platforms, and training systems.
  • Ability to deliver clear, professional presentations in both virtual and in-person settings.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Strong ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities.
Benefits:
  • Salary range: $94,500 – $161,700/year
  • Opportunity to lead high-impact integration and onboarding initiatives across multiple practices
  • Exposure to enterprise-level transformation and operational scaling programs
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration across clinical, operational, and technical teams
  • Dynamic, field-based role with significant ownership and autonomy
  • Professional growth through leadership, training, and change management responsibilities
  • Competitive benefits package including healthcare and additional compensation elements such as bonuses or commissions
