Job Summary:We are seeking a highly qualified and detail-oriented Inventory & Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining precise inventory control, updating records across corporate locations, and providing essential technical and workflow support to internal business partners to ensure departmental goals are met seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:Inventory & Data Control: Maintain accurate, up-to-date data across specified locations. Track ordered supplies using inventory management tools, follow up on order alerts, and update the inventory database.
Operations & Troubleshooting: Monitor and resolve work-order-related issues. Prioritize workload urgency and apply logical problem-solving skills to clear technical or data blockages.
Internal Support & Collaboration: Respond to internal stakeholders and business partners in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex technical issues as appropriate.
Compliance & Training: Maintain active awareness of company policies and safety procedures. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to acquire new operational skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree completed.
Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in inventory management, data control, or internal helpdesk/user support operations.
Technical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills. Demonstrated proficiency working on Windows laptops/computers, Office 365, and an intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of Excel.
Languages: Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
Competencies: Strong customer service ethic, structured organization skills, and the capability to thrive in both autonomous projects and collaborative environments.
Supervisory Responsibility: None. This role requires high self-management and independence.
