  • Conduct ad-hoc research and assist with vendor coordination and operational planning as needed.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales support, sales operations, or a similar commercial coordination role.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Excel, with experience managing CRM data and sales reporting tools; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-moving environments.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Demonstrated experience improving administrative or operational processes.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to bring structure to complex workflows.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $68,071 – $91,037 annually.
  • Opportunity to work in a purpose-driven organization focused on healthcare safety and sustainability.
  • Exposure to cross-functional commercial operations and strategic sales initiatives.
  • Collaborative and fast-paced work environment with strong team support.
