Senior Client Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Client Manager based in the United States.

This role is focused on owning and growing strategic enterprise accounts within complex, global environments. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring strong alignment between client business objectives and technology-driven solutions. The position blends commercial ownership with deep consultative engagement, requiring both strategic thinking and operational discipline. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding solution adoption, and strengthening long-term client partnerships. Working across global teams, you will coordinate delivery, ensure service excellence, and manage the full lifecycle of client relationships. Success in this role comes from balancing sales execution with a strong understanding of infrastructure, cloud, and service delivery ecosystems. This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced, enterprise-scale environments.

Accountabilities:

ou will be responsible for managing and expanding key enterprise client relationships, ensuring retention and growth across assigned accounts while meeting revenue targets.

  • Manage strategic enterprise accounts and drive long-term growth
  • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client objectives
  • Identify expansion opportunities across all solution areas
  • Coordinate global delivery teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Act as escalation point for client issues and commercial opportunities
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and account planning using CRM tools
  • Analyze competitive landscape and client needs to optimize positioning
  • Ensure strong client satisfaction and retention across the lifecycle
Requirements:

You bring strong experience in enterprise client management or technology sales within complex, global environments.

  • 8+ years in technology sales, account management, or client success roles
  • Experience managing large enterprise or global accounts
  • Strong understanding of cloud, infrastructure, or managed services
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue and margin targets
  • Excellent stakeholder management (technical and executive levels)
  • Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, matrixed global organizations
