We are hiring a SHOP HAND for our maintenance team in Winnipeg!

We are looking for an organized and self-motivated individual to work 10-hour shifts, from Monday to Thursday.

Job Duties:

• Assists shop team with any required tasks.
• Ensures organization and cleanliness of shop and yard.
• Follow detailed instructions, processes, and procedures.
• Tasks are not limited to the above and other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Experience in shop environment considered an asset.

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, while acting to attain organizational goals.

• Excellent verbal communication.

• Safety conscious.

• Valid Driver’s Licence considered an asset.

• Effective time management skills, to ensure tasks and responsibilities are completed on time.

• Operate with little supervision.

• Ability to work safely while lifting and carrying heavy objects.
