Accountabilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a small team while managing budgets, agency partners, and key performance metrics tied to retention and engagement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a strong focus on client marketing, customer marketing, partner marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare media environments, ideally with exposure to agency partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling client engagement, advocacy, or loyalty programs in complex B2B environments.
  • Hands-on experience leading executive events, advisory boards, conferences, or high-touch client engagement initiatives.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills combined with the ability to execute and operationalize programs in fast-paced environments.
  • Prior people management experience, with the ability to lead and develop small, high-performing teams.
  • Experience using CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, or equivalent platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $200,000 – $300,000 USD, depending on experience
  • Comprehensive total rewards package designed to support overall well-being and career growth
  • 100% remote work with home office expense reimbursement
  • Flexible PTO plus company holidays
  • Monthly stipends for internet, phone, and wellness expenses
  • Fully paid 12-week parental leave for U.S. employees, plus additional family support benefits
