Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facilities.
  • Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues to determine necessary repairs.
  • Installing, assembling, and testing new equipment or systems.
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborating with other departments to minimize downtime and optimize operations.
  • Ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained and in good working order.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks and lift heavy equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
