Description: HTI is hiring an experienced Maintenance Shift Leads for a manufacturer in Thomasville, NC. These Direct Hire positions pay $39.29–$41.32 per hour, depending on experience. Positions work 12-hour days or nights on a fixed 2-2-3 rotation, with openings on both shifts: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM.

What You Need:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 5+ years of industrial technical experience, including 3 years in automated manufacturing
• 3+ years of PLC troubleshooting or programming
• 3+ years of multicraft maintenance, including fabrication
• 3+ years of project leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting

What Your Role Will Look Like:
The Maintenance Shift Lead will troubleshoot production equipment while coordinating technicians and maintenance priorities to keep the assigned shift running safely and reliably.

• Perform equipment testing, repairs, adjustments, and preventive maintenance.
• Assign technicians and resources to breakdowns and other maintenance needs.
• Troubleshoot single- and three-phase motors, wiring, and controls.
• Identify and implement equipment reliability improvements.
• Complete routine compliance audits and communicate shift handoffs.
• Support technician development and coordinate with production and maintenance leadership.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.
• Work in varying temperatures with required PPE; lift up to 50 pounds and perform bending, squatting, and climbing.
