Weekend Scheduling Coordinator in Dublin, Dublin at Hibernia Home Care

Care doesn't stop at the weekend, and neither do we. We're looking for a calm, organised person to keep our weekend care running smoothly.

• Hours: 16 hours a week, with one 8-hour shift on Saturday and one on Sunday
• Shifts: 07:0015:00 or 13:0021:00
• Pay: 17.3018.75 per hour depending on experience, . Paid fortnightly.
• Location: Work from home
• Reports to: Manager, Scheduling, Capacity & Planning

You'll be the main point of contact for carers, clients and families while the office is closed. On a typical shift you will:

• cover sick calls and cancellations by finding another carer, so no client goes without care
• check carer clock-ins on the scheduling system and follow up on any late or missed visits
• let carers, clients and families know about changes quickly and clearly
• record every change and escalation in the scheduling system, so Monday's team has a clear picture
• escalate anything urgent or serious to the on-call manager
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
• Experience in scheduling, rostering or coordination (home care or healthcare is a plus)
• Confidence using scheduling systems and Microsoft 365
• A calm, clear and courteous manner under pressure
• The ability to work on your own and make sound decisions
