What You'll DoYou'll work side-by-side with our doctors to provide outstanding clinical support while helping create a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist dentists during restorative, surgical, and preventive procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
- Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
- Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
- Educate patients regarding treatment and home care
- Fabricate temporary restorations and complete expanded functions within licensure
- Maintain accurate electronic documentation
- Help keep provider schedules running efficiently while delivering exceptional patient care
- Collaborate closely with providers, hygienists, and administrative team members
- Enjoys a fast-moving, team-oriented environment
- Builds trust quickly with patients from all backgrounds
- Maintains a positive attitude during busy clinical days
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is adaptable, dependable, and solution-focused

Requirements: Qualifications
- Current Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA)
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Knowledge of OSHA and CDC infection control standards
- Experience with digital radiography and dental software
- Coronal polishing and expanded functions preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred
