Job Description

Future Tech's Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for full-cycle recruiting to help build an exceptional workforce that supports our continued growth while delivering outstanding candidate experience. This individual will leverage innovative sourcing techniques and AI-powered recruiting tools to identify high-quality talent in competitive markets.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-directed recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of results, and enjoys solving complex hiring challenges. We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to fill critical positions as they help strengthen and evolve Future Tech's talent acquisition strategy, processes, and technology.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our corporate headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The work hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30a – 5:30p. Our benefit offerings include Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401k with Company match and PTO. Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to translate hiring needs into effective job descriptions and compelling job advertisements that accurately reflect role responsibilities and qualifications.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate positions, from sourcing through offer acceptance and preboarding.
  • Utilize advanced AI-assisted sourcing methodologies to identify, map, and engage talent across the digital landscape.
  • Conduct sophisticated internet research using Boolean search, semantic search, AI search assistants, professional networking platforms, company websites, industry associations, conference attendee lists, technical communities, and publicly available online profiles.
  • Analyze candidate experience, skills, certifications, career progression, and organizational relationships to develop highly targeted talent pools. Continuously refine search strategies using market intelligence, predictive insights, and competitive talent mapping to identify candidates who may not be found through traditional recruiting methods.
  • Conduct behavioral and competency-based phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and provide informed hiring recommendations.
  • Coordinate interviews, facilitate hiring manager feedback, and provide timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Maximize the use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting technologies to effectively manage candidate pipelines and recruiting activities.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams to strengthen recruiting strategies, leverage AI responsibly, monitor recruiting metrics, and continuously improve recruiting processes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Five or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the IT industry or technology sector.
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Demonstrated success building talent pipelines, engaging passive candidates, and hiring high-quality talent through creative sourcing, talent mapping, and personalized outreach.
  • Experience leveraging next-generation recruiting technology and AI powered sourcing solutions to expand candidate reach and uncover talent through non-traditional channels.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills with experience evaluating both technical qualifications and interpersonal competencies across a variety of positions.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting analytics to manage pipelines, measure recruiting effectiveness, and improve hiring processes.
  • Strong process improvement mindset with a continuous focus on increasing efficiency and enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Enthusiasm about working with an in-person culture 5 days a week!
