Position OverviewBoston IVF is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Per Diem OR/PACU role. This position provides coverage primarily during egg retrieval weeks, with additional opportunities to assist with embryo transfer procedures as needed.
Schedule- Coverage needed approximately one week per month during egg retrieval week.
- Additional hours may be available for embryo transfers outside of scheduled retrieval cycles.
- Minimum commitment of two shifts per month.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) and Ovulation Induction (OI) treatments.
- Support patients throughout their fertility treatment journey, including care in the Operating Room (OR) and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).
- Collaborate closely with nurses, medical assistants, advanced practice providers, physicians, laboratory staff, OR/PACU personnel, administrative teams, and reception staff to ensure seamless patient care and clinic operations.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with a valid Rhode Island multi-state license required.
- BLS certification required.
- Previous OR/PACU experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in an infertility or reproductive medicine practice is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment.
