Connecticut Orthopaedics is looking for a full-time Clinical Site Coordinator to join our exceptional Wallingford office care team. Job Summary:

The Site Coordinator will serve as a liaison and resource for their assigned facility. This position will also cover Receptionist and Medical Assisting duties as needed.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist efforts to achieve established goals for productivity and quality, collaborating closely with clinical operations
  • Serve at assigned location(s) as directed
  • Provide a high-profile visible presence and be available for advice, support and direct assistance to all departments and staff throughout the span of the day
  • Ability to cover medical receptionist role and medical assistant roles
  • Monitor and enforce workplace policies and procedures
  • Manage daily clinical and administrative operations
  • Responsible for ordering needed site/office supplies
  • Maintain aesthetics and current company branding in office
  • Support and promote company culture and initiatives
  • Address and report safety concerns
  • Oversee daily copay collections
  • Maintain and organize stocking of medical and DME supplies
  • Serve as level of escalation to diffuse patient/staff concerns
  • Skills and Abilities:

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to multitask
    • Strong knowledge of the clinical operations and their daily functions

    Experience/Educational requirements:

  • EDUCATION: Graduation from High School is required; Bachelor's in healthcare, management, or related field is preferred.
  • EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 year in office managerial role or with the organization
  • LICENSURE: No License or certification is required
  • Location & Schedule

  • Wallingford, CT
  • Monday- Friday vary 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Salary:

  • Starting hourly rate range: $25-$30, based on experience

  • Connecticut Orthopaedics (CO) has been serving patients in the greater New Haven area for over 60 years. Our practice has merged with several surrounding orthopaedic groups over the past several years and has become the largest privately-owned orthopaedic practice in New England. Due to our quality of care and attentiveness to our patients, we are proudly the team of orthopaedic physicians for multiple colleges and high schools as well as have our own physical therapy centers. In addition to our orthopaedic service line, we have three MRI suites, (5) acute care orthopaedic walk-in centers and a surgery center in Branford.


    The posted pay range and actual compensation offered are based on a variety of factors, including experience, education, certifications, skills, geographic location, market data, internal equity, and organizational needs. The posted range does not reflect the full value of CT Orthopaedics total rewards package, which may include Health & Wellness benefits, 401k contribution including profit-sharing regardless of employee’s contribution, and other available compensation for eligible employees.
