- Develop and evolve the company’s market narrative, positioning, and category messaging across all major communication channels.
- Translate complex product capabilities, AI innovations, and business strategies into compelling and accessible market stories.
- Partner closely with executives to strengthen thought leadership, executive presence, and authentic communication strategies.
- Create and manage executive social media strategies, particularly on LinkedIn, including recurring high-impact content initiatives.
- Build scalable content workflows leveraging AI tools to optimize content creation, distribution, and engagement.
- Lead modern PR and media initiatives by developing strategic story angles, bylines, media pitches, and speaking opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, and Sales teams to align messaging and amplify customer success stories.
- Support product launches, company announcements, campaigns, and industry events through strategic storytelling and narrative consistency.
- Monitor market trends, industry conversations, and competitive positioning to ensure strong differentiation and relevance.
- Drive alignment between executive messaging, customer-facing communications, product positioning, and overall brand perception.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in communications, content strategy, narrative marketing, or related roles within B2B SaaS, AI, or high-growth technology companies.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with experience creating executive-level thought leadership content.
- Proven track record of developing strong executive presence and managing communications for senior leadership or founders.
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn strategy, modern content distribution, and audience engagement best practices.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, differentiated, and persuasive narratives for diverse audiences.
- Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Experience managing PR initiatives, media outreach, speaking opportunities, or external communications programs.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content tools and modern communication workflows is highly desirable.
