This senior leadership role sits at the center of multi-channel performance growth for a fast-moving portfolio of eCommerce clients. You will oversee acquisition, SEO, paid media, and retention strategies while ensuring every lever works together as a unified growth system. Acting as both strategist and operator, you will guide client outcomes, elevate team performance, and directly contribute to revenue impact. The role combines hands-on execution with high-level leadership, especially in the early stages of team development. You will build structure, refine processes, and mentor specialists while stepping into key accounts when needed. This is a highly cross-functional environment where accountability, speed, and commercial thinking are essential.
- Lead and scale a multi-disciplinary growth team across paid media, SEO/organic, and retention/lifecycle functions
- Build and enforce operational systems including reporting cadences, QA processes, escalation paths, and performance standards
- Coach and develop direct reports through structured 1:1s, feedback, and performance management frameworks
- Oversee hiring, team structure design, and talent development to ensure strong organizational capability
- Maintain full visibility across client accounts, ensuring performance accountability and identifying areas for improvement
- Step into high-impact client situations, escalations, and strategic discussions when required
- Define integrated multi-channel growth strategies connecting acquisition and retention into cohesive systems
- Partner with operations and finance to manage budgets, utilization, margins, and profitability targets
- Collaborate on pricing, resourcing, and process optimization to improve scalability and efficiency
- Stay current on platform updates, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy
- 5+ years of experience leading multi-channel growth for eCommerce businesses
- Strong agency background managing multiple client accounts and competing priorities
- Proven expertise across paid social, paid search, SEO, and retention channels
- Experience managing and scaling teams of 5+ people, including hiring and performance management
- Strong financial understanding including P&L ownership, unit economics, and forecasting
- Demonstrated track record of driving measurable business growth and profitability
- Excellent client-facing communication skills in high-stakes or executive-level conversations
- Ability to build systems, processes, and operational structure in fast-paced environments
- Experience coaching and developing team members into independent, high-performing contributors
