Senior Technical Project Manager

This role is a high-impact technical leadership position responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex IT and systems implementation projects across a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
You will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical teams, and stakeholder expectations.
The position requires strong coordination across Agile and Waterfall environments, managing timelines, budgets, and delivery milestones for critical enterprise initiatives.
You will play a key role in leading system upgrades and new platform implementations while ensuring smooth integration with end-user systems.
The role involves close collaboration with both onshore and offshore teams, as well as vendors and senior leadership.
It is well suited for a proactive project leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at turning complex technical initiatives into successful outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT and technical projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and detailed project plans using tools such as Wrike, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, and MS Office.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget constraints.
  • Facilitate project ceremonies including planning sessions, status meetings, demos, and milestone reviews across all levels of stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks, change requests, and issue resolution in collaboration with technical teams, vendors, and business partners.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to ensure clear and consistent updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Oversee project governance, ensuring proper application of methodologies and best practices across all initiatives.
  • Act as the central liaison between IT teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5–8 years of experience in IT or technical project management roles.
  • Proven experience leading Agile-based IT projects and cross-functional technical teams.
  • Strong background in managing project budgets, schedules, and enterprise-level delivery timelines.
  • Experience working with both U.S.-based and offshore development or delivery teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure is preferred.
  • SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable leveraging modern digital tools and AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity and project outcomes.
