Working Lead – Warehouse Operations

Schedule-Full-time Monday- Friday 7am- 330pm

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Working Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations while actively participating in loading and unloading activities. This role requires strong leadership, forklift experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

* Load and unload trailers containing tires safely and efficiently

* Learn and understand proper loading and unloading procedures

* Assign loads and coordinate work activities with warehouse loaders

* Perform clerical and administrative duties as needed

* Read, review, and understand shipping paperwork and related documents

* Ensure all shipping documents are completed accurately and on time

* Enter (BOLs) and other shipping information into company systems

* Audit and track daily employee timeclock hours

* Operate stand-up reach forklifts and cherry picker forklifts safely

* Maintain productivity with minimal supervision

* Support supervisors with daily warehouse operations

* Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team members

* Promote a safe, organized, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

* Basic computer and data entry skills

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Ability to read and understand shipping and warehouse documents

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

* Strong communication and leadership skills

* Team player with a positive attitude

* Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed
Requirements

* Experience in shipping and receiving operations

* Forklift experience required stand up reach.

* Leadership or warehouse lead experience

* Customer service and relationship-building skills
