This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven marketing professional to lead and scale impactful email campaigns across both B2B and B2C audiences. In this role, you will own the full email marketing lifecycle, from strategy and automation to testing, optimization, and revenue performance analysis. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support product launches, customer engagement initiatives, and growth-focused campaigns. - Develop and execute comprehensive B2B and B2C email marketing strategies across the customer lifecycle, including lead nurturing, onboarding, retention, re-engagement, and upsell initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end email campaign production, including content planning, copy development, creative coordination, QA testing, deployment, and post-campaign reporting.
- Design, implement, and optimize automated email workflows such as welcome sequences, abandoned cart programs, post-purchase campaigns, and sales nurture journeys.
- Build audience segmentation and personalization strategies based on behavioral data, lifecycle stages, customer intent, and engagement patterns.
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing efforts to improve deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign metrics and create reporting dashboards tied to revenue impact, ROI, customer acquisition, and retention goals.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, eCommerce, and Performance Marketing teams to align email initiatives with promotional campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer lifetime value, repeat purchases, and average order value through targeted lifecycle marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- 2–5+ years of hands-on experience managing email marketing campaigns in B2B, B2C, or eCommerce environments.
- Proven expertise in building lifecycle automation programs and revenue-focused email marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, behavioral targeting, personalization, and customer journey optimization.
- Experience using email service providers and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar tools.
- Solid knowledge of email deliverability best practices, CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliance, and database hygiene standards.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive optimization decisions.
- Strong copywriting instincts and an eye for conversion-focused messaging and creative execution.
- Experience with Salesforce, BigCommerce, eCommerce operations, or the renewable energy industry is considered an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Comfortable performing computer-based work and fulfilling occasional physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
