As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you'll serve as a technical leader and subject matter expert, driving complex engineering initiatives from concept through implementation while mentoring others and helping establish engineering best practices across the organization.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the technical expert for CNC machining processes and manufacturing methods.
- Lead high-impact engineering projects, including automation initiatives, capital equipment implementation, and new product introductions.
- Develop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes that improve quality, throughput, and efficiency.
- Design and implement fixtures, tooling, and workholding solutions for complex precision-machined components.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Partner directly with customers on manufacturability, process development, and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- Establish engineering standards and best practices across the organization.
- Mentor and develop fellow engineers while serving as a technical resource for cross-functional teams.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field (or equivalent technical experience).
- 5+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience in precision machining, aerospace, medical device, or other highly regulated industries.
- Advanced knowledge of CNC machining processes, GD&T, blueprint interpretation, and manufacturing process development.
- Experience designing fixtures, workholding, and production tooling.
- Experience with ERP Systems.
- Strong experience with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
- Proven success leading process improvement, automation, and capital equipment projects.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and technical initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or NADCAP environments.
- ERP - Epicor
- Knowledge of Mastercam and PDM software.
- Six Sigma, PMP, SME, or other advanced manufacturing certifications.
- Experience supporting aerospace, defense, or medical device customers.
