This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role responsible for accelerating subscriber growth and scaling a multi-channel acquisition engine across organic, paid, and owned channels. You will shape and execute strategies across SEO, AI-driven search discovery, paid media, and conversion optimization. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, requiring both analytical depth and strong operational ownership. You will help evolve an already established growth foundation into a more scalable and performance-driven system. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will directly influence traffic, trials, and revenue outcomes. This is an opportunity to build measurable growth impact in a fast-moving digital subscription environment.
In this role, you will own and evolve the overall growth marketing strategy across acquisition channels, ensuring alignment with revenue, subscription, and product goals. You will design and execute initiatives that improve traffic quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition efficiency while continuously optimizing performance.
- Lead end-to-end growth strategy across SEO, AI search discovery, paid acquisition, and lifecycle channels, ensuring measurable business impact
- Drive SEO and AI search visibility, including AEO/GEO strategies, content planning, keyword architecture, and technical optimization to improve organic acquisition
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and other digital channels, focusing on CAC, trials, and conversions
- Build and improve conversion funnels, including landing pages, messaging, attribution, and performance tracking from visitor to paid subscriber
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing leadership to align growth initiatives with pricing, packaging, and product evolution
- Own experimentation frameworks, campaign testing, and performance reporting to continuously refine acquisition strategy
- Support content and demand generation efforts to ensure all marketing outputs are directly tied to measurable growth outcomes
You bring strong experience in performance and growth marketing, with a proven ability to scale acquisition programs in subscription or SaaS environments. You are both strategic and execution-oriented, comfortable managing campaigns directly while also shaping broader growth direction.
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation, ideally in SaaS or subscription-based businesses
- Strong hands-on expertise in paid acquisition (especially Google Ads) including campaign setup, optimization, budget management, and reporting
- Proven SEO experience including keyword strategy, content planning, technical SEO, and organic growth optimization
- Familiarity with AI search optimization concepts such as AEO, GEO, and generative search platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and growth experiments
- Experience optimizing full-funnel conversion paths including landing pages, trials, and paid conversions
- Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, CRM systems, and BI dashboards
- Strong copywriting and communication skills for ads, landing pages, emails, and campaign messaging
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment requiring both strategy and execution
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks ($120,000–$140,000 range referenced)
- Remote-friendly work environment with flexibility and autonomy
- Health coverage support (including medical, dental, and vision options)
- Unlimited paid time off policy
- Opportunity to work in a high-growth subscription business with measurable impact
- Access to modern marketing tools, AI-driven workflows, and experimentation frameworks
- Collaborative, cross-functional environment with strong exposure to leadership.
