The position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring strong analytical capabilities and marketplace expertise.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, brand, sales, and external partners to build seamless online experiences and high-performing campaigns.
This role is best suited for a data-driven eCommerce leader who thrives in building structure, optimizing performance, and unlocking new growth opportunities in competitive consumer health categories.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the overall eCommerce strategy across key online marketplaces, ensuring alignment with broader business and brand objectives.
  • Oversee digital shelf execution, including content development, site merchandising, UX optimization, and conversion funnel performance.
  • Manage planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, promotional strategies, and marketplace initiatives to drive sales growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of eCommerce priorities across brand, marketing, analytics, and customer service functions.
  • Own web and marketplace analytics, translating insights into actionable recommendations to improve performance and profitability.
  • Identify and implement new growth opportunities across emerging digital channels and retail platforms.
  • Develop and optimize operational processes to ensure efficient, accurate, and scalable eCommerce execution.
Requirements:
  • 8–10+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or online retail, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Proven track record managing marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Walmart.com, or similar digital retail channels.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce technology, digital merchandising, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Experience with analytics tools and the ability to translate data into business-driving insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to share insights clearly with leadership and teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced experience in digital commerce strongly preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: USD $150,000 – $200,000 per year
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
  • Life, AD&D, short-term, and long-term disability insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match and full vesting after 3 years
  • Paid time off including vacation, PTO, and holidays
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP), fully confidential and company-paid
  • Additional voluntary benefits including critical illness, accident, legal, and identity theft insurance
  • Remote flexibility with occasional travel requirements depending on business needs.
